Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with 100% Arbequina olives from our own farm in the area of origin called Siurana (Tarragona).

The collection is traditionally not harm or result or quality of the oil, from November to January. Cold pressing is performed by mechanical means and the same day of harvest to maintain all properties. Then let it sit on the ground under ceramic cups to decant small impurities. When longer rests becomes more transparent but loses some of its flavor; well known here as the "new oil" as requested at the beginning of each season.

Arbequina olive oil "Mas del Vilà", stands by the scent of ripe fruit, such as bananas and fresh grass freshly cut. The palate is sweet and has a fresh almond note.

The harvest is always limited and our bottles are numbered.

On request we can make your presentations, bottling formats, labelling and gift package.
