Olive Oil & Artisan Products since 1929

At "Mas del Vilà" we are producers of Arbequina olive oil and traditional soaps. Located in Vinyols i els Arcs, Baix Camp region; in the Mas itself the olive, the hazelnut and the almond have been cultivated for many years.

In 1929, coinciding with the Universal Exhibition of Barcelona, ​​our great-grandparents Pedro Massó Gaudí and Teresa Vidal Benach (you can see them in the photo), already opened an oil and soap store on the Gran Vía in Barcelona. This was the first store where handmade Baix Camp oil and soap was sold in Barcelona. Years later, another store was opened on Av. of Gaudí of the same city.

In 2011, more than eighty years later, the great-grandchildren Montse and José María recovered the family tradition and decided to grind Mas's own olives to make high quality oil. The result is the oil that we present to you and that is packaged under the brand "MAS del VILÀ". The 2012 harvest was the first of this new stage and a great success among consumers. Gradually, other products derived from olive oil, olive oil and other local artisanal products have been incorporated.
