Oak Honey

Home-harvested raw honey with a dark appearance and strong taste. A natural honey made in the Priorat and the Prades mountains with a sweet taste and salty notes. It has numerous properties and therapeutic applications.

Properties: Indicated to combat anemia due to its high iron content. Antiasthmatic and suitable for bronchial and pulmonary conditions. Very rich in minerals and energy.

Color: Very dark amber, almost black.

Aroma: Malted with toasted tones. Intense and persistent.

Taste: Mild sweet with clear salty notes.
