Home-harvested raw honey, produced in the thyme fields of Priorat and the mountains of Prades. An artisanal honey with reddish tones and an intense herbaceous aroma.
Origin of Production: The Priorat and the Prades Mountains (Tarragona)
Properties: Indicated for inflammatory respiratory conditions, cough and asthma. Regulates blood pressure. Indicated by fatigue and asthenia.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Medium amber, sometimes with reddish tones.
Aroma: Very intense herbaceous, reminiscent of the aroma of the plant.
Taste: Sweet floral and persistent in the mouth.
